Also another reason every 6months your record should be cleared. this previous "mug" was in paralake.

I said you would all get verbal warning (that would be documented in the notes system) but upon seeing your history I treated this as your second offence as you had a prior and have many other offences. Because of that I issued you 1 warning point which therefore got you auto-banned. I don't understand why you must report, I informed you in chat that I was amending you punishment based on your priors, priors that I was not aware of before when I said Id just verbally warn.

He changed his decision when he saw you had priors for that, which is allowed. Furthermore, you were mugging the person right next to the real state agency, which has an NPC inside. Therefore, you broke rules.

I do not know why you decided to report Raven when he dealt with the sit accordingly.
The ban will remain.
