I have video at least 5 minutes prior to this video starting, I did not witness him kill anyone.

EDIT: I did witness him kill someone but I was pretty sure it was RDM so I didn't even care about it.

I'm also pretty sure he RDMed me once before and I'll have that video here in a second.

yeah i really see how tony could misconstrue this, you act like he had full attention on the situation beforehand so him hearing you're gonna get beamed is completely fair. I didn't have full attention either and in the video you can even hear me say " I think he said I was gonna get beamed or some shit " so coming from the point of view of not really paying attention to you like everyone else we heard "your gonna get beamed" and punished you for it because me and no one else heard by the aliens lmao.

So from my understanding we have two kills. One kill was from saying you were going to report the player to "the government website" which he is perfectly justified in assuming you meant to the police. The other kill was for "beamed by aliens". This is less justified, because even if it actually had been "beamed" in the context of killing them, I don't feel that would have been strong enough reason for immediate lethal action.

On a side note - If you're going to report someone, instead of trying to find a way to say it in character, just don't. You don't need to tell someone that you're going to report them and it doesn't do any good to do so. Just make the report and move on.

@aedan will receive a Verbal Warning.

Furthermore, the situation will be voided. You are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
