Your evidence to support your claim: Short story:One of the black guys came at me ,waited until i left my car and stole ,when I was about to lock it he entered it.I despawned it and he called the "big gun" .I think they were attempting to rob or kidnap me.I refused to put my hands up and they shoot me.

We see that they are breaking the following rule..

• You may not mug or kidnap in (crowded) public places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Hospital, Fire Department and City Hall.

The other thing is, we see you breaking FearRP, we understand they may have broken a rule, but that does not mean you can break a rule as well. I will be reviewing this even further through logs, and I will then reach a verdict.
