Request reason: The worst person I've ever came across. The video pretty much explains it all. The person who I'm reporting breaks the raid timer by raiding me and then leaving, and then 30 minutes later comes back to raid me again. He also randomly shoots someone's car and Rdm's the person who was helping him in an effort to make it seem like they weren't at all linked. The video speaks for itself. I also have the guy on video saying "It was longer than an hour anyway" (Which it was not) - If the video provided isn't implicating enough. Also, I'd like to have my pots and weed refunded but it's not a top priority of mine.

Was there when this happened, he raided after about 35-40 mins after the previous raid and then shot up my car when he walked out for no reason at all. Also if you notice towards the end of the video, it appears as if they're trying to play it off as if they never knew each other.

I am not exactly a witness to that situation but it seems like in less then 10 minutes after that, they mugged me aswell and shot half of the police force for no appearent reason, also tried to mug a police officer just after me (could've been a hostage situation, not sure). I think they had a total disregard to cooldown timers.

The situation for me happened at 8:48AM (gmt+2) or 10:48PM (PST) the player report states their situation happened at 10:40PM (PST)

I've offered caffrey to add me as a witness as I belive the player reported doesn't care about the cooldown timer.
