The following player(s) unfortunately doesn't have a forum account moreover, this player report will be concluded without him/her.

The evidence provided in the report shows that you were pulling over a vehicle, which you told him to step out. He then steps out and then proceeds to get back inside of his vehicle. You pointed a weapon at his driver's side window demanding him multiple times to "get out the car" which he drove away. This player will be issued a punishment for breaking fear RP.
