1. Your report had 0 evidence.
2. Initiation is not a thing in our rules as stated by PMX on your report.
3. You disrespected the staff member by your own admission and was kicked for it.

5. Reports with no evidence are handled much quicker than reports with evidence.
I'm sorry your upset that the report was denied but would you rather them deny it in a week or deny it sooner since no evidence was provided? I don't understand why you are upset it was handled swiftly.

No, You said the guy told the admin he rdmed you, If you have evidence of this please make another staff report and this time use evidence. You cannot just make a staff report with no evidence and make claims and expect them to be seen as the truth. And yes I will defend Afash because you make claims you cant back up and then get upset when we don't treat the claims as fact.
