Ban Reason: Fail RP and attempted RDM
Unban Reason: The mayor dared me to taze him because we were all messing around having fun, and I wouldn't have done it unless he told me to. So I tazed the mayor and someone threw him off the edge of the office. I then arrived in a Sit being accused of throwing him off, and I have zero clue who did it but because of some glitch (disoriented/dying), he didn't die, so mudjug couldn't tell who did it. There was absolutely 0 evidence that it was me who threw him off. None of them had video or any other proof, but 2 of them blamed me. I believe I was banned without proper evidence because when the only evidence is someone saying someone did something isn't very reasonable evidence.

Ah, I was watching for this. So by both logs and your own admission, I properly punished you for FailRP as SS for tazing the mayor. So we can get that out of the way. Onto you trying to kill him by dropping him off the ledge. The mayor made a report someone attempted to drop him to kill him. When I responded, I immediately brought him and his two other SS to the roof as I hadnt seen the third, which was you. The mayor pointed out that the one who dropped him definitely wasnt blueberries, so he was returned. That left the other guy, whom was actually a friend of the mayor. That SS said it was all in good fun, but he didnt drop him. I double checked with the mayor, who said it wasnt his friend as he didnt recognize the voice. That left one person, you. Now I had to ask myself, why would the mayor make a report and be THAT upset if it was a friend of his? And if he WAS that upset at his friend, he would have pointed him out. By pure common sense and process of elimination, I issued your punishment of FailRP and trying to kill him. However, you are right. I DONT have hard evidence, and I went with my gut. Though I feel strongly that I made the right call, Im not an unreasonable guy. For the RDM, I will remove that but am going to uphold your FailRP punishment. Your ban will be reduced to 24 hours. PARTIALLY ACCEPTED
