This is not a suggestion, but a discussion (so stuvi don't deny it for it being in the wrong section)

There are a lot of people who play cop all the time, and use monolith as a police rp, like me. Us few cops, who honestly love to roleplay as cops as our main rp experience, get no rewards or benefits compared to a casual cop player, who plays cop as a side level. Once we reach level 200 we are kinda stuck and there is no way for us to progress in our field. Often, all high ranking spots are taken, so even if you are the max police level, you are stuck with a police officer or sgt job, and no one can differentiate your experience as a level 200 with the sgt who may have only just reached the minimum requirement for that rank.

I think that there should be a system in place that allows your to progress beyond the current maximum point, and gives you periodic rewards along the way, to actually give a reward for being so dedicated to the PD.

This could be in the form where the max police level is raised to 300. Then, once you reach a certain police level e.g. 250, you may receive a permanent cosmetic item such as a better light-bar on your police car regardless of job (e.g. you may get it as both a police officer and a police chief) once you reach level 300, you may have the ability to have the skins that staff use on their cars or something along those lines.

You guys may argue that, your reward is access to higher ranking jobs, but theres one chief spot for 100+ players, and the probabilty of you getting it is quite slim, so I think we need some kinda permanent perk that is based on your police level, not the slot that you have selected.
What do you guys think?

You will not receive benefits for just playing a specific job.

I don't think this is quite what he meant. He's going for very end-game perks for playing as police, like how you get extra plots when you level up your farming.

Discussion or suggestion.

I am not sure if this makes much sense. Although I understand your thoughts as I would consider myself a government main but at the moment the benefit from having a higher level is a rise in wages and job etc. I think for the future of the government with players who mainly pursue that roleplay it is important to add more benefits from the jobs/roleplay, its probably in the plans but what I will say for now is that it's not necessary.

Hope this makes sense. You could also update your thread and outline the types of benefits you want to discuss and then maybe do a poll on the most popular.

He has a good point here. It would make it a lot less likely to just be locked and disregarded if you detailed some of the things you'd like to see, or even pose a direct question.
