Date and time of loss: When the rollback happened, I haven't played in a day or two.
What happened: I was a Player level 15, just earned police level 5 and had level 12 or so mining from what I can remember.

What do you need refunded: My player level, police level, and mining level.
Evidence: I have no evidence as I have deleted all my recordings.
