What happened: Big situation at bank, we had a hostage, almost every cop was just failrping, running into the bank vault out of boredom, not listening to a word the chief said, it was just a shithole & then after that they started tazing the hostage, batonning him, throwing him at walls, etc.

What do you need refunded: 8x Lockpick, 1x MR96
Evidence: Brad told me to make a RR, Cletus had the proof & showed it to brad,. the entire situation was voided.
