I can confirm he lost the items due to the players coming back after dying in a raid (Breaking NLR). I was shown a video for the attachments. He needs the following items refunded:

• x3 Small Meds
• x7 Large Meds
• x1 Kev and Helm
• x1 ACR-E (EoTech and Saker)
