What Happened: I got out of my car and a random John Doe starts shooting me for no reason. I pull out my MR96 and he kills me.

What do you need refunded: MR96, Kevlar & Helmet, Holster, Machete.
Evidence:

Skip to 2:50, thats where he pulls out his gun and starts shooting me. You can tell I have a holster because of how fast I pull out my MR96.

Hockey also claimed my report and refunded my death, but when I got to the refund NPC, I only saw $3K that I paid for medical bills.
