I can Approve that he lost these listed following items

1x G36C
1x Kev & Helmet

A cop randomly arrested him in layer 2 bank, there were several people around the bank and he equipped ammo and the cop assumed that it was him. Even though there were several people around, and I would consider this slight power gaming. The cop was given correct punishments and Jimmy died before I was able to get him to evidence locker to get his items back.
