What happened: Basically in a previous situation I got into a shootout and I had 1x G36C and 1x Vector in evidence I was going to raid for when a failrping Tow Truck Driver refused to get out at gunpoint out of his tow truck saying "good luck shooting it's bullet proof" and a detective finished me off so I couldn't get them back

What do you need refunded:1x Vector, 1x G36C, 1x HoneyBadger(Aimpoint,Foregrip(Seen in video of PR)) 1x Kevlar and Helmet, and 3x Small Medkits

What happened to the item? Where they removed from the players who picked them up?

Yes, for the illegal firearms that were taken went into the locker and were removed after sitting in their for one hour, and for the other items that were taken, yes, I had those players remove Kevlar and Helmet and three small medkits from their inventories, so no one is in possession of the above items.

The Detective finished me, their would have been no gun's in evidence

When I checked logs, it seemed they went to the locker, so thats why I said that, but it very well could have happened as you described. So yeah, the point is 1) you dont have the items 2) no one else has them because I went and made sure they were gone and 3) you lost them due to a rule break.
