What happened: I had previously made a refund request which got accepted but one of the staff involved told me he had the item I needed to be refunded ingame yet I never received the item. Since its been almost a month is it possible for me to just get it back in my returns since the request was already accepted and if the staff still has the item ingame just delete it?
