Can confirm that Jackie lost the ACR, Kev and Helm, and medkit due to a bank raid that was voided as a result of the mayor and an SS interfering. His gun was confiscated by the police and was not recoverable, the kev and helm that I attempted to refund on the server was 0%, and one of his large medkits was used by the police officer that looted them.
