I can confirm that he lost the Vector due to the Secret Service deciding to play cop and chase him down after he had hit their car. The person who looted his guns immediately logged off after I returned him from the sit but I had forgotten to do the refund, by the time I tried to do the refund the SS that looted the guns was already gone.

juicybuicy paranoid.gg is the SS that looted the gun, not 100% sure if SS confiscates or not.
