What happened: I was raiding powerplant and on the way out the police responded. I surrendered but the cop still killed me with my hands up instead of arresting me. When I made the sit Shimax ruled that the swat should have arrested me and not shot. He than gave me an hour to successfully show him I could raid pd and escape which I did and he approved. Since the items were confinscated, I could not get them back so I am here to get them returned.

What do you need refunded: 24 Kero, Mp5 with Eotech and 30-rnd mag, 2 Siphon Pumps, and a lockpick

I can confirm that the following was lost and is eligible for refund:

MP5 (Cannot prove attachments from logs alone, an additional piece of evidence is needed)

24 Kerosene as stated
Lockpick

The SWAT shot FluffyGamer while his hands were up and it wasn't immediate therefore I judged there was enough time to react. The situation was not voided but rather altered to play out as though he were arrested as he would've been. He was given around an hour to raid PD which he did so successfully therefore warranting this refund request.
