What happened: Was countered in a cop shootout by a civ who ftvl'd/player baited, can be confirmed by @mrnex235. I later raided PD after Arroyo told me to make an RR I would have to raid PD without any troubles.

From what I have learned through the sits I've done and what I've been trained and what I've watched other staff members do their sits. I've been told and taught is that if you are shot down or in a shootout with cops and yoy die but are revived and it hasn't been longer then an hour you should raid the PD to try and get your items back or make a RR like you have done and wait to see the outcome.
