What happened: I was driving and he smashed into me and pulled me over. Afterwards, I proceed to give him my licence but instead, he forced me out of the car and tased and checked my inventory and cuffed me after. One of the officers was stopping him but he was saying how "He is a higher rank and to shut the fuck up". He also refused to let me talk to the captain after I repeatedly asked to see the captain.
