At approximately 0030 hours on 11/23/2021 I witnessed Jamal + 3 players being mugged by a player I previously banned for LTARP. The player rejoined the server and was not kicked yet. The player grabbed the items from a body Jamal killed and then disconnected. Subsequently the player also joined the server, killed Jamal and took multiple items.

I would like Jamal to be refunded the following items:
