What happened: taxi vdmed in a shootout and also couldnt loot someone because of the glitch where they die to a car explosion

MP9- That was not a weapon I found anywhere. The exploded person (vehicle near warehouse) did have a gun, but that was taken by another player involved in the situation.

oh ok i didnt know that acr was the one given back, and i had been told that the guy i couldnt loot did have the mp9.
