I can confirm the refund,

The player was mugged in a public location, police intervened and confiscated items off of the player and the mugger, since the player full-died the items disappeared from the PD lockers as I attempted to take him and retrieve the items from there.

I am able to confirm this;
1x H&K UMP .45,
1x Electric Stove
1x Kevlar & Helmet
2x First Aid (L)
1x Dirty Cooking Pot
6x Jerry Can
6x Drafting Bucket


These items were never recorded in logs as confiscated or taken by the mugger, therefore should not be refunded;
96x Coca Leaves
6x Kerosene
6x Sulfuric Acid
