What happened: My friend and I were curious about cargo ship because we had never done it before so I crafted 3 hardened tip drills but we were clueless how to use them. Once we called the mod (DK Diamond) over he explained to us there were not enough police online to rob the cargo ship but we were unable to pick up our hardened tip drill once deployed so he told us to make a refund request for the item.
