Hey Bob Ross, I’m glad you were able to make a refund request!

During the Dr. Onyx Event, Mr Ross attempted an attack on the Police Department from my understanding. And during such, he had no clue that a current event had transpired at such location. When speaking to Bob Ross in-game, I understood his point of view and offered him to make a refund request that I would help accept
