I have had further time to review last night's incidence and have come to the following conclusion. NLR was broken by both parties and the entire incident will be VOIDED. Members involved will be eligible for items they had when the situation first started and NLR punishments will be handed out accordingly.

Vexiyy is eligible to be refunded 1x Kev & Helm, 1x ACR-E, 1x First Aid (L), 4x First Aid (S)
