I can Confirm @Bonker was RDM'd by a user (Matist) that was Banned for 1 Year by @DevulTj for Mass RDM and lost the items stated in the RR.

Having investigated this situation alongside @toohightogame in depth, we have determined that the items, although dropped soon after pickup, did not re-enter circulation and are eligible for refund. The situation also is valid, warranting the refund.
