What happened: My cosmetics purchased from the Cosmetic Cashier before the restart did not save while still taking my currencies.
What do you need refunded? Black Balaclava, Black Bandana
If unavailable for refund I will also take 422 MonoCoins or $168500 which I will spend under admin supervision.
