Went to rob Johnny at the gas station, he refused to fork over the cash. The guy has literally robbed/kidnapped me in the past, he knows the rules. Then he logged out in zipties while I was still trying to get him to fork over the cash, but was able to log back in a few minutes later without a ban.

He still owes me 19,314

Hey @PowerbeardX, you do realize you are attempting to rob someone in the middle of the City with multiple NPCs that you are in sight of, i.e. Clothing Store and the Base Defence NPC & this would technically be right next to a Premium Box. Just so you know, NPCs act as witnesses and you should be Mugging/Kidnapping in more secluded areas.

• You may not mug someone while they are near an NPC or Premium Box.

I will not be issuing punishments to anyone. However, I would like you to take in to account that if you are going to mug someone, you should be doing it in more of a secluded area, not the center of the City where it would be a very populated place, with multiple witnesses etc..
