Reason why i should be unbanned:
So i was discussing with some other staff through steam, especially Gurrazor, I've also asked many of my friends who also believe that the ban is pretty harsh for what it really is.
- The "Attempted RDM" part of the ban, i don't know why i got accused of attempting to RDM because they were the ones who were killing my org members, so we decided to go in a group (not the people he killed of course) to hunt them down and deal with the situation, of course they broke nlr and broke rp to kill my org member which lead one of their members to getting a 12 hour ban. The whole situation could've been avoided if they did as well in the first place. But me and my organization members had reasons to hunting them down and killing them, this wasn't an RDM in my perspective.
- The "Racism in OOC" part of the ban, i genuinely didn't know that saying the "N" word (without the -ER) is a ban-able offense of against the rules, later on after re-reading the rules during this ban appeal, i read that you can be racist in-character but not OOC, which should be allowed or not for both sides IMO, but aside from that, i didn't use the "N" word with the purpose of having an derogatory meaning to it, i personally refer to my friends/pal/others as "N word" just cause im used to it, but since it wasn't allowed period, i want to apologize to those I've offended (if they did), but i didn't mean to use it in a bad way.
But basically, i seriously don't believe that i should be banned for 3 days for these actions, especially since it's my first ban ever. I'd like to have the ban lifted or decreased because i feel like its too harsh of a punishment, hopefully you guys agree with me, i have re-read the rules and i finally understand what I've done wrong and how i am going to fix it when i'm back in game.
