i was apart of this situation as police chief, the wongs were doing a raid and shooting anyone on sight due to the fact that they were raiding i believe @Bodean Abernathy was also there during the raid i could be wrong tho

yeah I killed you me and @Justin The Ungrateful and sam were raiding you we pushed through the back gate first but couldn't advance that way. At that point we were at the front killing people on the balcanoy and windows. I was shot by a mosin and was lowerd down to around 17 HP and no kev and as soon as the door opend I opend fire on you. The reason being I was low hp and my screen was blury and I couldnt tell wether you had a gun or not. Its very hard to tell unarmed from armed people in a huge shootout Like this. also aswell as not being able to tell wether you were unarmed or armed there were armed men in the garden right behind you aswell for all I knew you could've been one of the people in the backyard with the weapons that had pushed in. Also whats with the pretending to be afk?

1. Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, then it is logical to enter with the intent to kill. Otherwise as with all the other rules, shooting to kill must be carried out sensibly and as a last resort.
   in my opinion there was a threat on the property we were shot at multiple times. although I wouldn't have killed you if I knew you were unarmed. but from my point of view I couldn't tell wether you were armed or not due to being low hp.

First off it was not me that killed you second off you broke multiple rules in this video third it was not random death match you were in the house that we were raiding, we were getting shot at and tom seen you and shot you. Also in the video one of your friends said "the pd is coming to help us" some of the officers were in fact in your org so what a surprise at 6:58. Also unquiping your gun in combat is against the rules you're low HP and what you do is unequip your gun? Also harvesting your crops while in a gun fight not valuing your life?

i was the chief that responded to the raid, i did not come becuz im a abernathy which is the org u raided ( of course u raided abernathy) youve made it very clear every chance u get u wanna raid us) i showed up as police chief because it is my job to do so, i was at super market then ornest abernathy waved me down and said u guys were raiding so i responded

I put you down cause I was unaware which one of you it was. I talked to Tom about it later when you two drove by white house and he said "Oh yeah, it was Sam." If I did break a rule by unequipping my gun in combat (even though I never shot a round), I'll gladly take punishment, but the whole crop thing you're talking about, nobody was there in the backyard yet so I was clear to do so.

I had a situation with Alex Ardiem where he killed me when my gun was away and he didn't tell me to put my hands up. I wanted to see if it would happen again, cause it's rather annoying to see people just want to kill everyone they see on sight. If you guys would have interacted with me and told me to put my hands up, I would have complied.

Umm justin and tom came from the side and shot a grenade launcher they were in the side heading towards the back, also you took damage and unequiped your gun i don't think that's allowed also not valuing your life by harvesting your crops and not taking cover or whatever when you're hurt and you know they're rushing the back garden which is what they were going to do you just run out and harvest your crops you would not do that IRL.

I just talked to a mod in-game about it and he said I was fine. Since I didn't fire a single shot, I was allowed to unequip my gun. Since nobody was in the backyard just yet, I was able to harvest my crops.
