It's not nearly as rare as the Headcrab. I've seen 4+ people with it in a random event 2-4 weeks ago. While my offer may not be for you, someone interested in gathering hats with visual effects or lacking in gun inventory may be interested in the trade. (Also if I had more capital in game I would offer it in lieu of items but I have what I have)

On top of the above, I'm taking a gamble offering so much so soon before the return of the event. While it's not likely a repeat of the same cosmetics will occur, if it's something like an OTA helmet or anything really that could be similar to a Metrocop Helm, then said original would lose a ton of it's interest value. As far as I'm aware not too many people are hunting it, and those that are probably would feel the same. At risk of sounding like a broken record, if nothing like the helmet appears then the only thing that will happen is it will retain it's existing value, if something like it appears, it loses value because players like myself would no longer be willing to pay so much for it.
