Date and time of loss: 11/7/2019, around 9:00 p.m.

What happened: Server crashed and I lost all of the ores that I was smelting. I didn't claim any of the bars so I lost all of the ore.

What do you need refunded: 448 Iron Ore and 256 Coal Ore.
