So the props blocking the entrance to bank are pretty self explanatory. The more complicated part is the resulting situation. As a security guard hearing shots fired in the bank, @bAbyKEEM was pretty justified in investigating the situation. In the same vein, the cuffing was reasonable as well. The situation devolves a bit when you begin shooting at his (admittedly rule breaking) props. As a government employee you should not be shooting up 'random' props (I refer you to rule 1.3). With that said however, as @bAbyKEEM did know you were a detective, I also feel as though he should have either gone to a chief (if there was one), or at least demanded you stop before going for a knockout. Of course technically this part should have never happened in the first place on account of the fact that the props should not have been there.
