So recently I was perma'd on Monolith for staff slander by posting a meme on a private discord as a joke and I feel as though it was wrong to ban me and my friends for a couple of reasons. 1. It's a private discord and me and my friends were just joking around, no one got hurt nor did it cause harm to anyone. The second reason stems from the staff report against Lola Meid in which she called someone a faggot. The staff report was denied and thus she is still a founder. Anyways, I would like to mention that DevulTj stated this in the staff report against her:

With that said, I have a pretty clean record on the server and I feel that it's pretty harsh to ban me permanently for a joke on a private Discord. No one was hurt and even CM's have said in reports that the "internet is harsh, and if you can't put up with this kind of criticism, then I would suggest you further follow this advice" and then shows the message on Discord. Hopefully this will be resolved in a respected manor and I'm truly sorry for the inconvience. I understand that what I did was immature and pretty much childish.

Perhaps my comment will clarify some things for you.


I was apart of your discord for some odd reason and decided to join and see who everyone was and simply mess around, I looked in your #General and your #NSFW to find very inappropriate messages | Photoshop Images and Photo-shopped videos directs towards a Staff member which resulted in me reporting you to a staff member online, after I provided evidence of the postings I was then able to find your Discord accounts associated with your Steam accounts hense resulting in your bans. Evidence was provided and regardless of you talking crap in a "private discord" you're still making inappropriate content direct towards a staff member. Based upon what was said and the manor in which you acted your punishment is more than justified. That being said it doesn't matter what my views are it only matters what the person involved thinks about your actions.

Your casual way of looking at the subject disgusts me, and this also goes to @Salmon , @Onigiri, @Islexic because I will not repeat myself on your appeals. It's sad to see how you're taking @DevulTj post out of context, because people like you definetely should not be part of the internet and will definetely not be part of this community. The fact remains that you slandered a staff member and the excuse youre using "private discord" just because you got caught is saddening. The final say will be made by our CM's, but you can expect a slim chance of ever being appealed. I would also like to point at @KJM for his lack of supervision on his own discord and allowing this to happen, you also will be contacted.

I don't tolerate this kind of behaviour whatsoever in Monolith, no matter the target.

There's a difference between the two factors that you state here today, and the fact that you are trying to justify them makes me certain you do not belong here.
