Hey, So me and my 2 friends saw Mazen Ali going out of NPC inside ally way and we wanted to mug him. So I got out and told him to put his hands up he moved a bit towards the road so It would seem like its public mugging he took too much time to put his hands up so I killed him took his stuff and drove away with Nik. after that we want to hide in Layer 2 and @Shimax ツ Teleported to me and said he made a report against me for a mugging in public. I told to Shimax that I don't want him to deal with the ticket because he is in the same org as Mazen and maybe he will help him in this case. He lied about him watching the situation because he after that told me he watched a video. Me and Nik explained to Shimax multiple times that we don't want him to claim the ticket because he is in the same org and he can take it to the forums and he refused and still told me to drop the stuff. I repeated myself and told him that I don't want to drop the stuff because he is claiming org tickets and he cannot do that. He didn't care and slayed me took all the things and banned me.

Let me first start by showing the video I was shown:

Referring to the video, he didn't not move "a bit". You initiated on him on the sidewalk near a main road AND the PD building.

Again, referring to the video, you gave him less than a second. He even tried to put his hands up, as you could see but you killed him too quickly.

I told to Shimax that I don't want him to deal with the ticket because he is in the same org as Mazen and maybe he will help him in this case.

Here's the problem, I was the only staff member online and specifically told you the measures I was taking before the sit as bias prevention. I told you that I would not have you both in a sit together and I would only be going off of the videos.

He lied about him watching the situation because he after that told me he watched a video

Correction: I watched a video to further my understanding, in case I missaw something. I can both watch a situation and a video, it's being safe rather than overconfident.

. Me and Nik explained to Shimax multiple times that we don't want him to claim the ticket because he is in the same org and he can take it to the forums and he refused and still told me to drop the stuff.

I made you a fair deal. I told you "If you drop the stuff now, we can go and talk to another staff member once their available for their input. Then you can get the stuff returned if it turns out I'm wrong." Instead, you brushed that off. You barked at me for the duration of the sit, as if being disrespectful was a way to get what you wanted. I kept asking you to drop the stuff and you kept ignoring my request.

I don't want to drop the stuff because he is claiming org tickets and he cannot do that.

Regardless of what you want or not, you must listen to staff and resolve all disagreements/disputes after the situation in a formal report. Instead, you were argumentative and disrespectful.

I slayed you because I wasn't just going to sit there and have a fatuous argument over who's right or wrong. Fact is, you listen to staff in the moment and are refunded anything later if the actions are deemed inappropriate. I banned you primarily for your attitude and horrific conduct in the sit. I was going to leave it as either a verbal or a WP, which can easily be removed should my actions be deemed in anyway "biased".

And quickly to address the fact that I had indeed taken an orgmates ticket:
I took it because I had a lot of information on that report. I'd first hand watched it and been shown a video. Both of these gave me confidence that rules were broken. I made sure not to have you two in a sit and have you give your sides separately, and you immediately started yelling at me, before I even said what you were being reported for.

And I don't care about Mazen situation. I care that you claiming org tickets. And it doesn't really matter if I told him to put his hands up and killed him without giving him time cuz first their friends were shooting at us and we had KOS on him.

It'd started out as you saying you wanted to mug him. This is the first time you've mentioned a KoS. You seemed to have changed your story. You would've thought you would've mentioned a KoS during the sit.

Again, not necessarily. There are circumstances where it's fine to do so. Furthermore, not sure why you're pushing this one point so hard considering you'll never have seen the internal staff rules.

@Thompson you are permanently banned for usage of cheating software, as shown in your video.

Regarding this staff report, as shown in the video that Shimax provided, you mugged him near an NPC and government building (the Police Department) which is not allowed. Furthermore, you did not give him enough time to respond to your commands, during the mugging.

Therefore, Shimax voided the situation and returned the things to the other person. Since you failed to cooperate with Shimax's instructions, he slayed you and took the stuff himself. In addition to that, you were banned for not complying with staff's orders.
