Request Reason: Breaking NLR, using past life info
Breaking NLR = Me and Simon Bendetti got in a shootout trying to kill someone we had kos on, we killed this dude then drove around the corner to continue the fight against cops and the dude, we kill all cops, i have all of the stuff for both of us. Then he drives right back up to me and says "get out the car" this was the same shootout and it wasnt even 5 mins between prob like 2, we have clips and you can check simons log, then him coming back to me and killing me.
Using past life info = After Simon got shot by a cop in the same shootout, ( i survived kill all cops) then he warranted him for "firing at officers" which is using past life info.
When did the situation occur?: 10:50 am bst today
Your evidence to support your claim: https://streamable.com/s9hy72 (him first dying) |
Him coming back to same situation (dont have a clip of him warranting, logs maybe?

Additional members involved/witnessing: @HuskyD0G
Read, understood and followed player report rules?: Yes

I have a clip of the warrant
Keep in mind, we killed ALL the cops at this shootout. Logs will show. This guy went from being dead straight back to exactly where he died and the same situation. I believe this situation should be voided because @Tye could have gotten away if the reported player actually followed the rules. I'm not asking for my death to be voided, but Tye's death should be. If you also look at Tye's video, @Deruta had his car back. Which means @Deruta either job abused to get his car back, or directly returned to his death location to retrieve the vehicle.

He broke NLR very quickly as well, if you look at my timestamp my time was 5:44 EST his death and Tye's was 10:48 BST. Meaning he returned 4 minutes later out of his 6 minutes of NLR left. Either way he could not have returned due to it being the same shootout. I'd just like to point out how fast he broke NLR. I also think he might have abused his job to retrieve his car it was so fast.

Ah, yes, hello.

So I do remember this interaction, what happened was that during a confrontation between the "Blue Skyline" as we named it. I had died to them in the factor that we had a gunfight and I lost against the amount. Although, before death I'm pretty sure I called them out, which entailed my other units in force to recycle the callout and keep the department updated.

YET, when I came back the second time, I was actually called into action to assist some conflict at inside the Parking Lot of Casino. After arriving at the scene to assist an Officer, as they had issued an Emergency Call of a Gunfight in Progress. Even then, the Officer switched up their callout to a Blue Skyline marked as the one in this video by the reporting user.

In terms, I was reengaged to this user by someone else, and I'll be looking for a video to assist after this post to hopefully assist with Bodycam footage.

Video Explanation:
As you can initially see the gunfight that ensued due to a secondary civilian callout. Then I died, came back, and was called back into the fray, for something believed to be unrelated. Yet the other Officer heard had other units reengage a Code Red situation against the skyline making a recycled and active situation. Eventually leading to shots on the board against the two of us.

As I'm not fully sure at this point from this ticket if recycled calls are allowed in this instance, or if I should've negated the call and called my death to the instance with an NLR effect. Sorry, if it was in wrong doing, as I didn't come in for a Revenge Kill, I just came off a callout that I made, that then thus got reused by Liao at the moment.

So two things I would like to point out in this clip, you intentionally left out and clipped out where you Job abused to get your car back. They can see this in logs not sure why you left it out. Then secondly, your clip proves our point. You returned to deal with "the blue skyline" after being killed by said blue skyline that was involved in the shootout with police. Your video not only proves you broke NLR, but did so knowingly and proceeded to job abuse to get back quicker.

I would also like to outline, we were already being chased by cops and were actively trying to kill the person ratting on us. I would think if you showed previous footage other cops would be calling us out already.

Well, I came back to in the hospital, and geared up. Although, when in situations where there was a call of emergency by Liao it was for an unknown gunman. Only in my Code 3 status did I then get the notice for a Blue Skyline. Even then, this is to what I can see in the rules for what they are:

3. You may not return to the area you died at for a timespan of 10 minutes (NLR). (Initial Area - Drawbridge Juniper Heights side.)
  1. You may not return to the area you died at if the situation is still ongoing. (The impact you made was then made in a different area, for the call to be Casino Parking lot, then finding you at the road going from Juniper Heights->Farm/Cemetary while also being unaware if you just decided to engage another officer, or if it was still going due to NLR effect.)

  2. You are required to leave the area you died at immediately if you happen to respawn there. (Not relative, I spawned at Hospital->PD then got called to around Casino)

  3. You may not kill someone for killing you in your previous life. (Wasn't killing "for killing" me, but instead to assist another officer who was engaged in another firefight. As I made no callouts saying, "Oh yeah, that guy already killed me" or "Yep, that's the guy and he'll be in this specific area of where I died last.")

That's why I'm saying that it was just a recycled call, that seemingly involved you, as you didn't flee the area, but instead stayed to fight here and there. Side note though, I don't know about previous calls of you needing to be arrested. No one requested warrant preemptively to the second callout for the Blue Skyline, so you weren't really a target until the situations that a gunfight ensued.

Yet at this point, I would like to see if the Overseeing Staff has to say, maybe I really did do something wrong. All I'm doing is generally proving the position that I believe fits the rules, as recycled calls are something that is generally used, more specifically for a raid and whatnot. Maybe they're just not allowed in gunfights/chases.

Hello @Tye,

After further review of this player report, I have concluded that @Deruta did break NLR.

If you were part of an ongoing pursuit, and you died during that situation, you may not return to resume the pursuit by also using past life knowledge.

However, the only exemption where you may ignore your NLR once is for Law Enforcement Raids. LEOs may come back if called by active units on scene until they have died twice for all raids, except for Police or Sheriff Department raids.

The reported player will he recieving 1 warning point for Breaking NLR.
