Request reason:I was shot dead over a simple expired license citation, and before the video starts he broke fearprp a bit. I have had this situation many times and I could see that a few select staff members said it;s not okay while others have said it is, but I don't think he can call for backup for his buddies to come shoot me over a $135 fine.
