Should Staff get paid?

I'll most probably implement it so Administrators can equip any cosmetic in the store for free (excluding items), as well as clothing in the store.

Cosmetics for staff sounds like a cool idea I once received the horse hat which was pretty over prized for not that many events we did. Like Santa hats and small hats I feel like are fine to give out for events and participations in making it. But like don’t give out extremely rare hats like horse hats and golden top hats etc. Imo
