Slight question regarding RDM

Are hit businesses allowed? Because it wouldn’t really be against the rules if the person placing the hit wasn’t breaking NLR and had a valid, IC reason. Something tells me that they aren’t allowed, because I suppose that’d sorta be RDM

no one places hits because you have to have KOS on the person to place a hit. Who wants to place a hit when you can just kill them yourself. You need a valid role play reason to place a hit, aka they mugged you, shot at you etc.

You are absolutely allowed to be a hit man, however, the player placing the hit must have a valid KOS. The verification of this, and the lack of inherent systems in place to manage it make it rather rare. I've considered trying to do some myself but haven't been brave enough to try.
