At (1:53) He Broke RP "Tell me exactly why you are arresting me and I won't take it to the forum
At (2:08) He Broke RP "Tell me right now or I'll just make a report"
At (2:37) He Was disrespectful to me calling me a derogatory term "You fucking Retard"
At (2:54-3:35) He Broke FearRP by not complying while I had my gun out, and was a minge
At (3:01-3:13) He Broke RP for the 4th time by saying "He is going to go to discord and call a staff member and wait for them"
In conclusion, he is a smelly Minge who has no intention to RP.

Romero Cookie (STEAM_1:1:104862617) will be given warning points for the following rulebreak(s):

• Breaking Character - You may not break character to say you are calling an admin, or for any reason.
• FearRP - You did have a weapon out, and he must comply and drop his weapon

However, you are not fully innocent. While Romero did threaten you, he still posed no true danger to your life. The proper response is to detain him and call for backup. You should not have tazed him. Also, there is no reason to ticket Rupert Dawei, as he is walking in a parking lot, which is simply not jaywalking. You will also be given warning points for the false taze, but only given a verbal warning for the false ticket.
