I've spoken to @SomeAviationGuy to get more insight of the situation. From what I understand both of you had some issues together and you've decided to remove him from the org. Understandable, however I heard you've PM'd some things which falls under metagaming as well. I could be a pest and go through the logs to find evidence, but I believe my staff members. Regardless, based on this report I would classify it as metagaming, but it's very minor. Too minor for me to do any drastic punishments. Someaviation has been spoken to and that's why I'm concluding this staff report.
