Time of Occurrence: 9/09/2017-9/10/2017 for the permanent ban.
Relevant Evidence: The first day ever joining the server I was on my alternate account which doesn't have any addons subscribed to for fast loading time to test servers. I switch off accounts as they're kind of both of my main accounts, just I prefer one over the other, and decided to find good servers. I found Monolith are wanted to test it out. I joined with a friend and he was a medic, I wanted to play with him so I became a medic as well. I ended up getting my EXP high enough to get Paramedic and drive the ambulance. After a few revives and driving around near the Cabins, I heard gun shots all over the warehouse near the fishing dock, I rushed with my sirens and drifted to the scene and ended knocking out a few people. An administrator instantly banned me for my actions, I didn't fight it and waited out the 2 day ban. 2 days passed and my ban was over and at the time I was on my main account playing PUBG and was called by my friend hops again to play since I've been unbanned. I went on Garry's Mod under my main account and joined. I choose the same name "Ian Valentine" and played for 2 weeks after the ban. Then I revived my first punishment in the server under my main account, not really happy with it I told the banning moderator that I haven't revived any warning points ever and the metagame report was false, they had no valid evidence but I recorded it. After not getting my point across the moderator banned me for 1 day including Nicole. I was pretty ticked about this and was debating to make a post yesterday. But I wanted to see if the ban was lifted itself. Turns out it wasn't lifted it was extended to a perm. The reason ban evading. I am confused on how this is ban evading as the ban was expired on my other account and haven't played Garry's Mod since August 24th on that account until today to check if I got banned on both account and surely I was. Maybe who saw me only saw that a ban was made and not the time the bans lasted and when I joined the server, but I did not mean to ban evade, just wanted to play the server because I noticed it was actually pretty good and that is why I spent money to donate to it. I happened to organize a successful family inside and don't want it to disband. I spend most of my day on Monolith and would be a huge upset if I can never go back or can't get back soon. My purpose on Monolith was not to minge or even ban evade it was to actually have fun and a fresh start. I like maxing out things on my main account and that is why I mostly switched to the main account. During the ban for 1 day of metagaming which I can make an appeal soon about as I can upload the video I didn't go on my alt account once. I just want to play happily on the server without any problems but If I keep coming across issues like this is would make me upset and feel like I was stolen from as I donated recently and spent so many hours into the server.
