Reason for Report: He bans me for no reason. Then doesn't give me a chance to appeal just simply hits the denied button.

Additional info: I am in game and a taxi pulls up to me. So I pull out my gun and tell him to step out of the car with his hands up. Then he decides to drive off so I shoot the taxi's car and he continues off. So then I log off after the failed mug and I get on the next day to having a 7 day ban for disconnecting to avoid RP. So I go to the forums and i make a appeal because at that point I had no idea why I was banned. So I say in the appeal that I don't know why I was banned for disconnect to avoid rp and such and I say I think this is a huge misunderstanding. Then Larry Gibbons replys with you shot up a taxi nearly killing the guy then logged off right after then instantly pressing denied on the appeal not giving me a chance to reason with him and tell him that I was mugging the taxi driver. So then I make another appeal saying that I was mugging the taxi driver you have this all wrong and he just yet again pressing the denied button and closing it because I already had a denied appeal. I feel that Larry is just trying to get away from his wrongful ban and has something against me. I don't know why hes not giving me a chance to even reason with him. Also he banned me for 1 week for shooting a taxi and not even killing the guy. I had 0 previous bans and I think i had 1 warning and I heard you had to have 5 warnings before ban.
