Reason for Report: Improper handling of situation/sit
The whole situation started with our property, northern warehouse getting raided. I called the raid over on the radio and most of them came and dealt with the intruder. As Frankie/Delta was on his way to the warehouse he was pulled over by a cop. There was a taco truck driver that ran over the cop as the cop got out of the car to speak with Frankie/Delta. The cop being disoriented eventually got up and started shooting at the rambunctious driver. One of our friends at the warehouse got confused and thought the cop was shooting at Delta/Frankie. Our friend shot the cop and then multiple cops came and responded which then turned into a large shootout involving everyone. We wanted to position ourselves better and go behind the next wave of cops to have the upper advantage which would lead to us winning and our friends not dieing. We hopped into the truck to get behind the cops, we got out when behind them I killed one, and started spraying at the other. In the middle of the gunfight without any reports being called friskiemar physguns me and Frankie/Delta into the air. At First friskiemar claimed that it was rdm and then went on to say it broke the rule of sensible killing. I am pretty sure sensible killing is if the kill doesnt benefit you or isnt applicable to rp. I feel that me getting 2 warning points for breaking the rule of sensible killing is wrong. Friskiemar claims that we should of left and that makes the killing unsensible, the entire reason i started shooting at the police was because they engaged at my gang and I did not want them to die.
