Evidence to support your claim: I held Larry at gun point telling him to uncuff one of my friends and follow me. He followed me and when it got to the point where he was next to his police car he decided to break fear rp and run behind his car. I have a screenshot of myself holding him up at gun point but no video of it sadly since I decided to record later on in the situation.

Because you did not restrain me, take my guns away or drag me in any capacity, you simply just told me to follow you, I saw an opportunity to take cover and to try and get you, which I took, but some guy came out of nowhere and shot me while I was trying to reload which is against the rules. Someone who is not directly involved may not participate but as you can see in the video, in the last few seconds, another man joined in and shot me down.

Regardless, I broke no rules here. I saw an opportunity at escape, and I took it. Next time, try and roleplay better so I don't have those opportunities.

As you can see in the video, you had a desert eagle pointed right to the side of you, along with when you bolted towards the car the player recording began to speak to you to stop moving, where you then pulled out your sidearm and opened fire.

Also if you run when at gunpoint, and you take your gun out trying to reload it isn't against the rules to shoot you. There also was a large party there, so whoever shot you obviously was involved in the roleplay. This is blatant fear-roleplay, and I think it would be best if @Gurrazor judged the thread here due to the fact of potential bias, and since this isn't the first time a valid report has been flagged against Larry.

I would say that fearRP would not apply here in the sense that Larry was behind cover and no one was pointing a gun at him while he was behind said cover.

On the other hand, the whole action of running for cover to pull his gun out was really stupid. I will speak with community management about how we should proceed. This thread will be locked until a consensus is made.
