I gave Lambsauce a verbal warning, and an in depth explanation of how to handle such situations in the future. Before I made my decision, I consulted 2 administrators being @Tim Transworth and @A Dark ℛose Panda, we all agreed that a verbal warning would be sufficient although Lambsauce should definitely know better. I consulted the administrators, because I was unsure what punishment would be suiting for this incident, and they came to the same conclusion as I.
I also let my fellow staff team know, by placing a note on Lambsauce, that if he is caught proppushing again, he has already been warned and therefore should not do it.

Shawntae came into our channel and asked us about a reasonable punishment for prop pushing a vehicle onto its wheels. We had no idea who's ticket it was and who was being punished, as he never managed a name, but simply asked for a reasonable punishment. Lamb should know that as a mentor he should contact staff if this should occur and has been given a warning.

Lets start off by explaining the cause of all of this.

Me & Natan we're detectives driving around in a marked dodge charger, we came across a black land rover suv, we proceed to turn our lights & sirens on at the top ravine bridge. Brandon Mcbride & Tyler continue to elude continuing our chase past the water tower and all the way towards country lots main road. You finally pull over, me & Natan ask them to exit the vehicle, which is when Brandon said something along the line "fuck this just drive off." We get back into our cruiser and start trying to pit maneuver them. We continued the attempts until Brandon hopped out of the vehicle at the premium locker to grab a glock out, we cuff him before he could equip it (I don't know if he already had it in his inventory) We see the land rover go back by towards outer shell gas station I take out my Five-Seven and proceed to shoot the vehicles tires.

Not to long after we had attempted to shoot the vehicles tires out the land rover returned to ram my vehicle which caused to start spinning around on it's side. I them dropped 1 copper ore to knock it back onto its wheels. (There was no tow truck divers online at the time).

P.S. Brandon Mcbride broke RP multiple times and was talking OOC about how he was going to make a report on me as shown in the second video clip I have provided. I rest my case. Also I do not appreciate my ears being blasted by Brandon flipping out over how I am doing something.

Hello,
To begin with, prop-pushing is never allowed. Not even to move your car that is ''stuck'', if that happens you have to call an admin. In this situation, there was staff available to help out.

Then, it seems like you guys were on discord. It also seems in your video that some people, including @▄︻̷̿┻̿═━一, were baiting the reported person to push his car so that he can, and I quote, ''put it on video''. There has been indeed a lot of breaking RP and we do not accept baiting people into breaking rules whatsoever. If you have some issues with people, that's fine, but follow the rules the same way they have to follow the rules.

And at last, knowing that @xd is a mentor, this is highly unacceptable and very disappointing to see that he has done this. We have made an agreement that he must behave well if he wants to keep his role. Now that this has happened, there will be consequences indeed. But this is none of this report's business. @Shawntae did consult other people, I understand if you think this is ''bias'' since they are in discord a lot, but every staff member is forced to act as unbiased as possible and knowing this is a mentor, it requires a different approach. That is why we are here I assume.

So to conclude this text, this is now officially under review.
