Reason for Report: Scottish didn't handle the situation professionally. Let's start from the beginning. I made a few adverts as the mayor saying to give me 30k as a joke. I was told by the police captain to shut up and I asked him why he was acting this way. After that happened, David (the police chief) stepped in and told both of us to shut up for no reason. I felt as if I didn't do anything wrong, so I asked him why I should be quiet. He refused to respond and after a few moments of arguing, he said that he would no longer abide by my laws. This is 100% failrp and I made a report for it. After this happened, I said that I wouldn't give them any budget because of their actions against me. After this happened, they issued a warrant against me for "corruption". All of the sudden SCOTTISH appeared for their call of failrp and corruption. I tried to explain to SCOTTISH what was going on, but the 10 policeman around me just kept calling me rude names and micspammed. Scottish refused to listen to me and said that if he didn't "actually do it", then it wasn't failrp. Once he blacklisted me from the mayor job and gave me warning points, I asked him a few questions and he simply walked away to the secret service, ignoring me completely. I feel like this was 100% inappropriate behavior and not professional at all on Scottish's part.

Regarding your Staff Report on myself; I will explain the contents of the situation and the punishment administered:


You were issued the following punishments for violating the server rules:

• Two Warning Points for:
  • 2.4.1 - You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, such as when you are being held at gunpoint. Roleplay should reflect on how you would approach a similar situation in real-life.
  • 2.4.5 - When any Law Enforcement Officers have you at gunpoint, FearRP applies at all times. This, however, excludes Detectives.
  • 2.4.7 - When under FearRP you must obey orders given to you as long as they are within server rules.
• One Day Mayor Faction Blacklist for:
  • 2.6.1 - You must abide by realistic roleplay measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real-life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.
  • 5.1.2 - You may not partake in any illegal activity. Detectives are exempt from this rule.
  • 5.1.4 - You may not abuse your job by misusing your powers or farm XP.
  • 5.1.7 - Corruption is allowed with permission from a Senior Administrator or above. The permissions are automatically void when the authorizing staff member leaves the server.

In addition, you were issued with further punishment for:

• Two Day Server Ban for:
  • 2.1.8 - You may not disconnect to avoid a role-play situation. You must contact in-game staff and be granted permission in case you want to leave during an active role-play situation.

To explain the situation:

Several reports were coming in by users in regards to this situation, no staff was on duty at the moment in which I left roleplay, went on duty to handle the current number of incoming tickets due to this situation; on arrival law enforcement had you under gun-point and you were refusing to follow their demands putting your life at risk, you then proceeded to attempt to run away whilst under gun-point and was detained by law enforcement. From this point, I interjected myself into the situation pausing all form of roleplay due to the outstanding tickets and the current timing of the situation; law enforcement explained you were refusing to provide a budget to the department as certain officers were disrespectful towards you which were no way in violation of the law and therefore they have the right to state their mind. From a conversation with you, you confirmed this; as the mayor, you would not provide the department budget due to officers expressing the freedom of speech and therefore committing a quid-pro-quo (something for something) which is against the law and considered corruption within the office of the mayor.

The situation had a number of people involved in which I stayed on the sight of the situation whilst attempting to find out what has happened, but either way, as identified by you and others you broke the law; you made a claim law enforcement said they are not going to follow your laws but that do not mean they haven't followed the misdemeanour laws set by you as the mayor.

Anyway, to conclude this situation, as a user on the mayor faction you withheld budget from the police department and on the response of them investigating you failed to comply, you resisted law enforcements investigation and ordered for your secret service to take lethal action against law enforcement which is a further crime and violation of server rules. The situation was dealt with on the environment around and the information provided by all sides, enough information was provided from either side and therefore I made by the decision as a staff member; to keep in mind as a user you violated many server rules, disrespected myself as a staff member then continue to violate more server rules by disconnected to avoid the roleplay after the staff situation had concluded in which you were being arrested.

Your claim is inadequate and very interesting despite you continuing to break server rules whilst the staff sit was concluded. Now, I am going to cut down on your comments for your understanding:

As a staff member, I claimed the ticket, paused the roleplay situation and dealt with it based on the environment; logs were reviewed, statements were taken from both sides and an outcome was made with punishment being administered.

After that happened, David (the police chief) stepped in and told both of us to shut up for no reason.

The Chief probably got involved as two officials are making unnecessary comments in which he is telling both sides to stop.

I said that I wouldn't give them any budget because of their actions against me.

Essentially a quid-pro-quo which is against the law, and you didn't provide any budget.

All of the sudden SCOTTISH appeared for their call of failrp and corruption.

A number of reports were coming in, the ticket in which I claimed was the most serious and needed to be dealt with as multiple other tickets were extending off it.

Scottish refused to listen to me and said that if he didn't "actually do it", then it wasn't failrp.

Both sides listened too and both parties got a response from myself.

I asked him a few questions and he simply walked away to the secret service, ignoring me completely.

The situation was concluded and I informed law enforcement to continue their roleplay and arrest you. I do not remember you asking my questions after that but I attended to other users (the secrete service) involved who you order to fire at law enforcement.

I feel like this was 100% inappropriate behavior and not professional at all on Scottish's part.

I do not understand your stance on this, as a user you continued to be unprofessional and adequate towards myself as a staff member, being disrespectful and continuing to make claims that were out of line. As a user you continued with your behaviour and acted out of line; in a result of the situation not being your way as you violated server rules in that situation you left as law enforcement were escorting you out which is why you are now banned.


To conclude overall, you are in no way shape or form in a position to claim your statements, as a user you are not following server rules, being disrespectful towards staff and other players and then breaking more server rules right after.

I advise you allow management to review your claim and my response to come with an outcome to the situation.

You failed to recognize when I said that he wasn't going to abide by my laws (failrp). That's when I decided to not give them budget if they were going to not follow my laws.
Also, can you tell me how I was making disrespectful comments? You continued to let them speak over me when I was trying to talk.
