Additional members involved/witnessing: It was a normal admin sit regarding a disagreement in a rule break for fear rp, things were going normally as Thy requested the only mod at the time bedsheet to take the sit. Nearing the end of the sit Thy's impatience got the better of him and even though he was the reporting staff member, he decided to enact his own punishment handling the situation very unprofessionally. Esentially taking his own sit, now I know that he was getting frustrated because I kept on pointing out flaws in his arguments but there was no reason to burst and handle a sit unprofessionally as well as dramatically increasing the normal length of the ban.
