Reason for Report: I was given a blacklist from weapons

The situation was: I was at the bank vault and told the player "okurr" ( steam name) to put his hands up, he was a detective who had a deagle, He decided to run out of the vault and shut the doors on me. As the doors were closing I shot him as he was a threat to my life and also failing to comply to demands.
I was accused straight away with RDM and shortly I received a weapon blacklist.
When I asked friskiemar^ for the evidence I was instantly denied, I asked if I could at least get a second opinion from a different admin, I was again denied.
From my understanding the admin was being biast or possibly friends with the detective and pulled a fast one on me.

A deagle was not seen in the video. I could also imagine that somebody running away from you is not a threat to your life....as for failing to comply with demands, you did not have a gun out... what demands?

I was accused straight away with RDM and shortly I received a weapon blacklist.

You were innocent until you were proven guilty. The reporting party said he had a video, but his video was corrupted. A fellow staff member also had a video. So I watched his video. This took a while. So straight away? I don't see how waiting for a video to be uploaded and watching a video of the situation before I made a decision is straight away.

I was not going to give you the video because 1. I can't, I don't have it and 2. it has sensitive staff details.

Evidence? This is a pretty hefty accusation. Especially since innocent until proven guilty. I treated you with that notion in mind, could you do the same when filing a staff report?

Through out you were relatively rude in the sit and you also lied about the situation as the video proved.

I did nothing wrong and complied with the staff guidelines. You had 5 previous RDM punishments, so I gave you a 7 day weapons blacklist. Followed the guidelines to the T.

I was the one who recorded and watched the whole situation unfold. Friskie was the one who handled the situation as I was the one telling him about it. I was even the one whom captured the recording. From my POV you didn't handle the situation like you did. Because by the time you managed to aim the gun at Okur, Okur had his back against you and already ran out of the vault which then you aimed and started shooting at him. Therefore Okur still managed to have time to run from you. Okur never broke FearRP you were just late aiming your weapon. We both watched back at the evidence and Friskie brought you both to a roof to discuss this which was treated fairly

Unfortunately I do not have enough evidence or credibility to implore any kind of punishment against friskiemar, nor see any issues. There is no video evidence provided for me to properly review this case, and personally I suggest making an appeal prior to you making a staff report. These reports are for pure misconduct by a staff member, not you disagreeing with the punishment and judgement and willing to appeal it to offer more details or even apologize if your actions were infact true, which seems to be the case.

Concluded, no action further.
